You have a place of deep knowing within you.

It’s that place that just knows something is true.

It’s your gut instinct.

Your intuition.

There was a time when you felt more connected to that place.

You used to have more space and stillness in your life.

You were able to hear that little voice guiding you from within. 

You felt clear and connected to your path.

  

Then life got in the way.

Maybe you got married, had children, or started your career and you became overwhelmed with responsibilities and the constant demands on your time. 

Perhaps you went through a difficult time in your life and lost your way.

Maybe the stress of COVID, social distancing, working from home, and home-schooling has just become too much to handle.

And before you knew it, you stopped making time for yourself. 

You stopped listening to your needs and taking care of yourself. 

You stopped hearing that little voice guiding you from within.

You spent all your time and energy looking after everyone else, but in the process, you lost your connection with yourself. You lost your connection to your intuition. 

Now you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from your body and your life.

You can barley remember that woman who used to feel so passionate and inspired. You forget what it was like to feel healthy and energetic. You struggle to recall the woman who was filled with joy and purpose. 

You long to find her again, but you don’t even know where to start.

What if I told you that you already have all the answers you seek?

I get it. I’ve been there. 

I’m a doctor, a mother, a wife, and an entrepreneur. I’ve felt exhausted, anxious, and overwhelmed at times by the stress and demands of raising a family and running a business. I’ve lost and found myself many times.

I’ve also worked with hundreds of women over the past 10 years in my private practice and have witnessed many of them struggling to find purpose and balance in their lives as well.

The truth is that many of us are overwhelmed with stress. We will often sacrifice our own needs to take care of everyone else, and over time, we are left wondering what happened to the woman we used to be.

We have become so busy in our daily lives and most of us are not well-equipped to handle this level of constant stress. To make matters worse, most of us were never taught how to manage this level of stress with purpose and intention. 

But here’s the cool part:

You are equipped with your own internal guidance system.

This internal guidance system is known as your intuition.

When you learn how to connect with your intuition, you can receive the clear guidance that you are seeking. This guidance can help you to manage stress, create more balance, and feel more present and connected in your life.  

I have learned how to cultivate my intuition over the past 20 years and have used it to create a life that feels intentional and aligned with my highest purpose and natural gifts. I still experience stress but I have the tools to navigate it with more grace and ease, and I have the ability to access guidance when I need it.

Now I want to share this information with you. I want to help you re-discover your intuitive abilities so can reclaim your body, your energy, your purpose, your joy, and your life!

Whether you are a young woman who is trying to find your place in the world, a mother who has lost yourself in the busyness of family life, or a mature woman who is trying to re-define yourself in the next phase of your life, the Intuitive Wellness Course will show you how to connect with your intuition and use your internal guidance system to access the clarity and guidance that you are seeking.

Module 1: Your Intuition

In Week 1, you will learn simple techniques to connect with your intuition and use it to create a more balanced life.

Module 4: Creating a Personal Practice

What’s Included:

  • A 6-week journey into your Intuition & Spirituality
    • LIVE classes will be held every Friday for 6 weeks, from February 12th, 2021 to March 19th, 2021
  • Four LIVE 90-minute video sessions with Dr. Kelly. Each session will cover one of the training modules listed above. LIVE classes will be held from 10am – 11:30am.

  • Two LIVE 60-minute Q&A calls with Dr. Kelly. There will be two integration weeks during Week 3 and Week 6. There will be no new content shared during these weeks. Instead, there will be a LIVE Q&A will be held from 10am – 11am. This will allow you time to process and integrate the information being presented.

  • Access to recordings of the live sessions with unlimited replays. Recordings will be made available for all classes within 48 hours of the live class. 

  • BONUS: 60-minute virtual yoga class with guest teacher
