My name is Dr. Kelly Han and I guide women through a process of healing in body, mind, and spirit.

As a naturopathic doctor, I help you to identify the imbalances in your body and create a plan using natural medicine to restore health and wellness.

A year and a half into menopause, I gained 18 pounds and felt miserable, sluggish and tired. I was getting multiple hot flashes per day, migraine headaches and the quality of my sleep was awful.
